HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Fuji Clean system treats all household wastewater from your kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet areas.
The system provides the latest in aerated wastewater treatment using naturally occurring bacteria and digestive enzymes which efficiently convert all household wastewater into eco-friendly, safe, recycled water ready for use around the garden. This process uses minimum power which means low cost operation while creating maximum water savings.

FEATURES Reliable High Performance Although the CE-1500EX is one of our standard models and is small and compact, its performance is extremely efficient and reliable. CE-1500EX has a Peak-cut System which can effectively cope with shock loadings. The water level in the system varies according to the presence of any inflow or not.
Cost Effective
The Air Blower used in the CE-1500EX is the most energy efficient in its class. It uses just 54 watts compared to 80 watts of other blowers. This results in much lower ongoing operational costs and makes the unit more environmentally friendly.

Nutrient Removal
Nitrogen Removal Through bacterial growth processes on the surface of the filter media in the first and second chambers, biological anaerobic treatment occurs while suspended solids are captured. The bacteria in the chambers also converts nitrates in the recirculated water returning from the aerobic chamber to gaseous nitrogen which escapes harmlessly to the atmosphere. Phosphorous Removal Phosphorus is removed as FePO4, which is a compound made up of Iron, through electrolysis and Phosphorus in liquid. Flow Adjustment Our unique flow adjustment function makes it possible to individually adjust effluent water volume and re-circulation water volume easily! |

THE FUJI CLEAN STORY
The lack of available land in Japan for on-site wastewater disposal has driven on-site wastewater treatment technology way ahead of the standard we have experienced in Australia. Treated domestic wastewater has to be discharged directly into storm water drains in Japan, so the quality of treated water has to be consistently high to avoid any serious public and environmental health issues. The treated water quality is rated at the highest standard here in Australia. Japanese Technology - Leading the Way
" We chose Fuji Clean as we had a specific problem for replacing our old pit septic system. The new septic system had to go in the position of the old system between our driveway and the present boundary line. Another complication was that dolerite bedrock was at shallow depth (<1 metre). The Fuji Clean being smaller and more compact than other septic treatment systems slotted into the existing space and required less excavation. Given that most other systems apart from Fuji Clean require a much larger diameter hole (e.g. 2.4 m) and greater depth (e.g. 2.4 m) this would have meant encroaching into our driveway along with blasting to achieve the required hole size. Fortunately we hit solid bedrock at a depth that allowed positioning of the Fuji Clean septic tank into the hole at ~1.4 m requiring only minor landscaping about the chamber access covers. Operationally we have also been very happy with the Fuji Clean septic system. After 12 months operation we have had no problems. The system is clearly efficient and reliable. It is also very quiet and our neighbour is impressed as it is along the boundary line. "

Although the technology employed in these systems has been established and available in Japan for many years, until the recent introduction, Australians had been employing less advanced means to treat their domestic wastewater. The impact on the environment from using less than optimal solutions for wastewater treatment is arguably the biggest reason why this recent introduction is so vital. |
